FAQ – KLAR CARE
How much does KLAR CARE cost?
KLAR CARE memberships start at $1,200.00 per year. Final pricing depends on the size of your home and number/type of KLAR units installed. We’ll provide a custom proposal after you submit your inquiry.
What does the annual service include?
Each yearly visit includes inspection of all operable units, hardware adjustments, lubrication, minor caulking touch-ups, and a written report detailing the condition of your products.
Is cleaning included in KLAR CARE?
Standard KLAR CARE focuses on functional maintenance, not cosmetic cleaning. However, sliding door track cleaning is available as an optional add-on for an additional fee.
Can I add track cleaning to my service visit?
Yes – sliding door track cleaning can be added during your annual service visit. Track cleaning is especially recommended for beach homes, high-traffic sliders, and properties exposed to outdoor debris.
Is KLAR CARE available for past projects too?
Yes – KLAR CARE is available for all KLAR clients, regardless of when your project was completed.
What if I need service outside of the annual visit?
KLAR CARE members receive:
o Priority scheduling for service appointments
o Discounted rates on replacement parts, repairs, and additional services.
What areas do you cover with KLAR CARE?
KLAR CARE is currently available throughout the Tri-State Area and The Hamptons.
For projects outside of these areas, please contact us to confirm eligibility.
Is KLAR CARE a warranty extension?
No – KLAR CARE is a preventive maintenance program.
It is designed to help preserve the beauty, performance, and longevity of your KLAR products but does not replace or extend your original product warranty.
