Architectural Project Designer

Design and draft highly detailed drawings of windows, doors, balconies, supporting columns, made of various kinds of wood, glass, aluminum, and metal using and operating Auto CAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Lumion, Rhinoceros, Grasshopper, 3Ds Max, CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, vRay, Corona, Artlantis Studio, Microsoft Office. Compile measurements & draw detailed scale plans based on engineering calculations. Review rough sketches based on customer’s specifications and plans.

Analyze building codes, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs. Draw full size blueprints and sketches and prepare designs and models to customers for approval and discuss need for modification. Independently propose solutions to different technological problems. Analyze findings under the building law and regulations which apply to technical conditions. Obtain and assemble data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary. Requirements: Master’s Degree in Architectural Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design + 6 months of experience.
